Aelyx ("the app", "we", "us") is a financial modelling and guidance tool. It lets you enter scenarios about your own finances and shows the maths — projections of what those choices could mean over time. Aelyx is not a financial adviser, is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and does not give personal financial advice or a personal recommendation. Everything Aelyx shows is generic guidance and illustration based on the figures and assumptions you provide. It does not take account of your full circumstances. You are solely responsible for any decision you make, and you should obtain advice from a suitably qualified, FCA-regulated professional before acting on anything you see here.
We give no warranty that any projection, figure, or output is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. Projections rely on assumptions and on tax and other rules that change over time and that may be wrong or out of date. Outputs are estimates, not guarantees of any future outcome. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its outputs — including any financial decision you make using it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
You agree to use Aelyx lawfully and for your own personal financial planning only. You must not misuse the service — for example by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape or overload it, reverse-engineer it other than as the law permits, or use it to break any law.
Aelyx is built around UK tax rules, allowances, and pension mechanics and is intended for UK residents. It may be inaccurate or irrelevant for anyone taxed elsewhere.
The app, its content, design, and underlying model are owned by Aelyx or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the app for your own planning; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without our permission.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw the app or any feature at any time, and we may update these Terms. We aren't obliged to keep the service available. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of your home country says otherwise.
